Tenant will be responsible for the quarterly water/sewer/trash bill as well as any other utilities, including but not limited to electric, cable, etc. Application Approval is required before any tours will be given. Tours will then be given on a first-come basis. We will give tours in the order in which applications have been turned in. Pets at the owners discretion, photos are required. Possible pet-fee will be required, this could be a one-time fee or an addition to the monthly rent, this is decided on a case-by-case basis. Based upon a series of things including but not limited to, pets, pay history, length of employment, reference comments, and credit score the owner may require 1st months rent, last months rent, and double security deposit to sign the lease and obtain keys. COVID-19: OFFICE LOBBY IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC For those that do not have the ability to print, we have a RED folder on the ground next to our front office door with applications inside of it, please feel free to take one. All information can be put into the door slot at the front of the office. We will then let the papers/envelope sit for a full 48 hours before opening.
