Any late payments after 5 day incur a $100 late fee for every week late. Renter will be responsible for lawncare maintenance, and property should be maintained in a presentable state at all times. Renter shall not leave garbage, trash, or other unsightly objects around property. Property Owner(s) may visit property at any time, with advanced notice to Renter (24-48 hour, unless mitigating circumstances). Renter should expect regular visits quarterly for Owner(s) to inspect property and/or perform maintenance. If there are any property issues, Renter shall inform Owner representative (Karissa) at the number provided to Renter.
