The spacious primary suite includes a soaking tub (jets inoperable). Mid-stay clean is available for $290 plus tax, BBQ grill rental is available for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat is available for $35 per night plus tax with a minimum of 4 nights. Pool and spa heating are unavailable from June to September. No parties or events are allowed, and a violation may result in cancellation without refund. There is a $250 fee if evidence of smoking is found. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM (door codes deactivate at 10 AM). A valid Driver's License is required at check-in. We provide a starter kit with essentials (dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and bath items). For longer stays, please plan to restock as needed. Pool heating is optional and not included in the nightly rate. It can be added for an extra weekly cost and we recommend requesting it before arrival for the best experience. The heater is set to maintain around 86F and typically takes 2448 hours to reach that temperature. Cooler outdoor temperatures (below 52F) may affect heating performance, but the system will resume once conditions improve.
