Hello, I'm looking for a roommate for a 2.5 bedroom house in Lawrenceville. My current roommate is moving out at the end of April so looking for someone to move in as early as May. It's a 3 floor house with bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. 1.5 bathrooms, Living room, wet bar, kitchen (gas stove), a fenced patio garden, and in unit laundry. House is in Lawrenceville which has many walkable restaurants and shops to explore. There is also a bus stop in walking distance with direct routes to downtown and Oakland. Buses can also take you straight to the ALDIs in Lawrenceville. Rent is $1,100/month for the 3rd floor room (able to fit a love seat and queensize bed) plus utilities $120-$160/month each For an additional $100/month on the rent, there is also a half bedroom (able to fit a full size bed)
