Two rooms for rent. This is a single family home that offers in unit laundry. I am looking for two roommates that are preferable females. I work and go to school so I am home mostly on the weekends. I am interested in meeting with the party interested prior to filling out a rental agreement. This property is also pet friendly. There are already two cats and two dogs that live here. This home is a work in progress so updates will be continuous however I do try and be considerate of when they are done and what is done. I take pride in my property and would like others to let me know even the most minor of issues that occur. I am looking for roommates who are honest, reliable, and are clean. I enjoy cleaning however not everything has to be perfect. I look forward to talking with you! Monthly rent includes all utilities, WiFi, pest control, and a security system. No illicit drugs on the premise. Everyone has to respect each other's space and opinions. This is supposed to be a home the cultivates a feeling of safety and security and I will do everything in my power to maintain this. Within the rental agreement I will give a list of all things that I will keep the security deposit for and a brief description of why. The walls in the your room feel free to paint and make it your home. I will allow holes in the wall no bigger than a screw.
