Anything exceeds/beyond this amounts will be tenants responsibility. NO SMOKING of anykind in the house. Please make sure doors are close when smoking outside. Must pick up after your pets, use designated towels for dogs and wash them separately. TENANTS ARE RESPOSIBLE for lawn maintenance, trash pick up and monthly cleaning fee of $250.00.
