We are in the process of doing some upgrades. The kitchen has received new counter tops, back splash, and flooring, as well as a new oven and refrigerator. We are replacing the den flooring as well. The foyer walls and upstairs hallway have been completed with a wainscoting decorative design. The house itself is a Tudor style with brick, stone, and stucco exterior. It is in very good condition both inside and out. The garage is large enough to contain two full size vehicles as well as all kinds of yard equipment, etc. It also has a half bath which we use as a pool bath. There is also a huge attic for storage. A monitored security system is included. The last appraisal was performed in 2001 where the value was estimated at $313,000. The sun room was a deck at that time and did not exist as it does today. The sun room also has ducted a/c and heat as well as a stand alone portable air conditioner. Beyond the pool area is a large fenced dog lot, which could also be used for almost any other purpose. Foyer and stairway are hardwood floors. The rest of the house has carpet and vinyl flooring. LVP flooring has been installed in the kitchen. The den and bedroom 3 have built-in bookcases.
