Kitchen has a new refrigerator, 2 burner induction cooktop and microwave, jumbo sized counter oven, crock pot, and all cooking items needed. Storage in basement for luggage and smaller items, boxes, containers, etc which is accessed via my part of the house. There is no room for your large furniture to store but smaller pieces could fit into your room and possibly living room. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen come fully equipped from linens/towels to pots/pans. No garage or garage storage but sufficient off street parking and a porch for bicycles. Basement storage for skis. There is a friendly and welcoming dog in the house who could visit you upstairs. Please don't apply if you don't like dogs. Rent includes gas, electric, trash, water, internet. Working from home is ok for part time not full time. 10 minute drive to Whole Foods on Pearl Street. Bus is 25 minute walk from house down a beautiful country lane. Must be seen to be appreciated. Would like friendly, communicative individual who enjoys healthy living and shared conversations on occasion. Please, no tobacco smokers, no 420 inside the house due to allergies to smoke, thank you. Pets can be discussed as to suitability, and this consideration is dependent on an interview with your pet and mine. Your pet should be well behaved, not a barker and not left home alone for long periods of time. This second floor situation has a set of stairs, so if you have mobilities issues it will be hard.
