This unit features hardwood floors, newer appliances, two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs, a screened in porch, and washer/dryer hook ups, and the community has a pool and tanning deck. Mill Run is a quiet community close to UF, Santa Fe and Shands Hospital and convenient to shopping, restaurants and on bus routes. This is a great unit and wont last long. We require a $40 application fee per adult and half of the $500 deposit to reserve the unit.To qualify you will need to have a monthly household income of at least 3 times the rent. You will also need a 600 or higher credit score and we will do a background check. Any evictions or landlord claims may immediately disqualify you.
