    What's special

    Room: 1b 1b, with big south-facing windows in the living room and the bedroom. It's 461 sqft, not big but the floor plan makes the room really spacious. Big south facing windows introduces abundant natural light into the room. Floor plan: there's no official floor plan, but I semi-drew one (see attachment). Building info: I moved in last November as the first batch of tenants. That being said, the building and appliance in the room are all pretty new. Neighborhood: The location is in between Fremont and Wallingford area. I can walk to lots of restaurants, and 15 mins walk to the closest QFC (did I mention there's a Molly Moon next to QFC?) 15 minutes walk to the Gas Work park (to the south), and the same to Woodland park (to the north) - a little further and you'll reach the Greenlake! During quarantine I usually do my casual running around the Greenlake area. There's a gym across the street where I had membership with, if that's sth important to you! Commute (once the office opens): I took bus in the good old times when we still can go to the office. The bus stop for 26 and 62 is 1 minute away! Both bring you to Seattle all offices directly. The bus ride is like ~15 mins. Rent: The rent will be $1755/month, including water, sewage, garbage and internet. The only separate utility I'm paying is the electricity, and it's usually $20-30 a month. Date: Can start asap, but it's flexible. You'll sign a new lease with the building, with leasing term 9-12 months. Beyond that, you'll have the option to extend the lease with the management.
