I'm subleasing (10 months) my room in a shared house with 3 young, fun, laid back people (2 girls, 1 guy, ages 21-24). My room consists of the entire upstairs floor which is really the huge master bedroom, a living area, and a smaller room I currently use as an office. The house is very nice with an awesome front porch, backyard and deck. It is conveniently located between Division and Hawthorne near shops, bars, restaurants, etc. You can even walk to Mt. Tabor.
