I am a home built in 1965 with a four year old 50 year class IV (4) high impact roof! I have original hardwood floors and had a large dining room built on in 1980. Safety a concern for you? Well I gotcha covered with my ADT home security system. My family loves that I have three bedrooms on the main level and my non conforming fourth bedroom in the basement. I can't list my 4th bedroom in the basement because it doesn't offer an egress window. My bedrooms all have hardwood floors and a standard closets. My owners love my kitchen! I have lots of room so no bumping into each other when doing the dishes or grabbing something out of the fridge. Nope, those days would be over if you bought me! I even offer extra room in the kitchen for table. If you wanted to use the kitchen as an eating area, then you could use the large dining room as an additional family room, play room, reading room, game room, storage room, sewing room, hobby room, daycare area or whatever trips your trigger! My sink does not offer a garbage disposal however it is wired for one. My basement has a nice sized family room measuring 13 x 22. My current family likes to watch tv and let the kids play in the basement. Oh, did I mention I have a huge laundry room that doubles as storage room? Well enough about all that. Lets get to some of my features. I have a Jacuzzi tankless water heater (instant hot water tank), Generalaire humidifier, Trane heater, reverse osmosis system and my very own Ecowater softener. Now for you tree enthusiasts. I have a really tall mature Oak tree in my backyard. I also have Red Buds, several Rose of Sharon, Peach tree, Corkscrew Willow and Rose Bushes.
