All the plumbing has been replaced with copper. The interior has been stripped of carpeting, and ceilings. The floor plan is very open. This would be a great area for a camp or for a do it yourselfer. There is an inground pool which is shot. There is a nice chain link fence around it. Still very useful. The assessor claims there are two bedrooms, however, the 2nd one is upstairs through a pull down attic stair case.
