There is the option to lease an ADDITIONAL PARKING SPOT for $150 per month. We allow one pet per apartment, with a weight limit of 30 lbs. (breed restrictions apply and we do not allow breeds we deem aggressive). There is a $300 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE AND A $20/PER MONTH PET RENT. Please note that after seeing the apartment, a prospective tenant 18+ years that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a $100 application fee per applicant - Please note, we will run a credit check and require a 700+ Transunion credit score. We do not accept co-signers. We also complete both employment and income verification, including submission of the two most recent paycheck stubs or sufficient proof of income. If an application is approved, in order to reserve the apartment, we require the following: #1. Signed lease, #2. Non-refundable Move-in fee of $350 #3. Non-refundable Move-out fee of $350. Before scheduling an appointment, please make sure you meet credit qualifications AND other income/financial qualifications. Please also note, the first full month's rent is due a minimum of three business days prior to the key pick-up. Showings are made by appointment only.
