This new construction townhome is full of modern amenities and plenty of bright Colorado sunshine that stream through the extra large windows throughout the home. NOTE: This is a vertical-style living home with four floors. The garage is the bottom floor, accessed by the alley and is below grade of the front door, accessed by the sidewalk. Several stairs are required to access the main floor kitchen and living space upon entry at the front door or from the garage. All bedrooms are another floor up from the main kitchen and living space. Finally, the rooftop is the fourth floor and features views of downtown Denver and the mountains! The large open concept main floor space features the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is catered toward home chefs, featuring a gas cooktop, specialty cookware, tools and appliances. We have provided everything you need to cook yummy meals at home and include specialty items like an Instant Pot and Vitamix blender. Relax in the iconic Eames chair in the living room or on the south-facing balcony off the kitchen. A vacuum, ironing board, iron, starter paper products (toilet paper & paper towels), and cleaning supplies are also included for your extended stay. All utilities are included, including super fast gigabit Wi-Fi. There is also a washer & dryer in the home. Remote workers can seamlessly plug-in in the dedicated office space (a separate room with a door) complete with two standing desks, a large monitor and wifi printer. The bedrooms each have a king-size bed and room darkening shades with their own full-size bathroom. The primary bedroom features a Zero G reclining king-size bed frame, fully adjustable to different levels of lounging. An additional queen-size bed can be found on the pullout couch in the living room, sleeping 5-6 guests total. Get your workout in with full-use of the home gym in the garage featuring free weights, TRX style pull-up bar with attachments, Plyo boxes and a hang board. Continue sweating it out in the rooftop cedar barrel sauna for the ultimate health retreat. Your monthly, furnished stay is in the prime location of Denver's Sunnyside neighborhood, centrally located in Denver. It has quick access to everything you need and want - step out the front door and explore the numerous restaurant and bar options within walking distance! By walking just 10 minutes south on Tejon Street, there are endless coffee and date-night spots to explore. Bordering the neighborhood to the north, Interstate-70 is less than 2 minutes away for effortlessly getting to/from DEN airport, or going west to the mountains! Also 5 minutes away, Interstate-25 provides easy access north or south of Denver's core. Other Details to Note: - Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and remove outdoor shoes at entryways. - If your stay with us is 2 months or more, a complimentary monthly cleaning service is offered. This is a full house clean but does not include laundry turnover. - There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door as well as above the garage door. These are exterior cameras only and provide extra security. - This is an attached townhome community with other residents, please respect the common areas and neighbors by honoring quiet hours from 10pm-6am. - Our home is situated in a semi-urban neighborhood close to downtown Denver. Occasional "city noise" like sirens, etc. is common. - For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. - There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god or other things that are beyond our control. - This is a pet-friendly home. If you have severe pet allergies, this property might not be best suited for you. - The final cleaning fee is for a "deep clean" given the longer length of stay, and 100% of the fee goes to our cleaner. HOUSE RULES: - No parties or loud gatherings. - No smoking or vaping on or in the property. The fee for violating this policy will result in a minimum charge of $500. - Up to one dog is allowed per reservation, with a non-refundable fee of $150. For stays that exceed 30 days, a monthly pet fee of $150/month will be charged. The fee for violating this rule is a minimum of $150. - Pets/dogs are not allowed on the furniture (couches, chairs, beds, etc.). - Any locked doors or storage areas are off-limits. - This is a 30-day or more, or month-to-month fully furnished rental for your extended stay needs! - All utilities are included, including Gigabit Wi-Fi. - Background check and credit report, screening questions and past referrals, first month's deposit, security deposit, and one-time move-out cleaning fee are all required upon lease signing. - A final move-out deep cleaning fee of $235 is a separate, non-refundable fee. - Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and remove outdoor shoes at entryways. - If your lease is 2 months or more, a complimentary monthly cleaning service is offered.
