We are selling our wonderful 2.5 bedroom home on the corner of Hoosac St and Tan Way (one block from Greenfield Ave). The front yard has a large porch with a porch swing, and the backyard has a vegetable garden, a pear tree that blooms in April, beautiful roses that bloom in May and June, and is great for hosting barbecues. We have ample street parking and we are one block away from the bus stop. It is a very short walk to: Schenley park, restaurants/stores/bars, the Greenfield community center (including outdoor pool, baseball field, basketball courts, etc).
