Upon arrival at the resort, the front desk will welcome you and provide an electronic key and all the instructions needed for your stay. A credit card and ID must match the name on the reservation or accompanying guest to check-in. The security deposit will be released immediately upon checkout and may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on the account depending on the bank.
