    In 2015, the current owners blew the roof off what was a ranch house and added over 1,300 SF of additional living space on the 2nd floor. Today, there is nearly 3,600 SF on a lovely & private lot of just under 3/4 of an acre. The original living room overlooks the front yard with a broad series of windows facing West. A cased opening to the family room as well as a pedestrian open from the kitchen makes it easy to move around for eating or going to the rear patio for the grille. Now, the remainder of the first floor was also completely reconfigured. What was once two small full baths was combined to one very large Jack & Jill bathroom to service the remaining two bedrooms on the main floor. An oversized stall shower, two sinks and a toilet closet with tiled floors provide a comfortable space to do one's business. The original Owners bedroom facing the front yard had California Closets installed, while the rear bedroom is the perfect space for your home office and/or gym. Now, to the completely new space on the 2nd floor! The new Owner's suite upstairs is a relaxing sanctuary. There is a 2-sided Heat & Glo gas fireplace in the middle of the room, creating a small sitting area opposite the bed. The private bathroom has an oversized shower with a handheld and a stationary shower head. There is a corner, 2-person soaking tub as well as 2 sinks. There is a 2-car garage that also provides a huge additional storage area (the size of another car bay) which could make for a great workshop area.
