Full Summer Season Only May 24th-September 6th: Offered at $90,000. Additional $5,000 fee for boat slip & lift, only if tenant will be utilizing such amenities during their stay. Boat size is required to be disclosed prior to booking to confirm capability of slip/lift use.
Security deposit is 10% of the rental period cost and will be collected with the initial deposit. After check-out, funds will released back to tenant , once property is inspected for damages. Deposit covers the cost of any damages that may be caused during the lease term such as significant breakages/repairs, missing items and other incurred costs like excessive cleaning fees. If there are no damages after check-out, security deposit will be returned to the tenant in full. If repairs, replacements or additional cleaning is required, money is deducted from the deposit to cover expenses before returning the rest. Always report any pre-existing damages to your agent the day you check-in. If you run into any significant damage caused during your stay, it is always best to notify your agent the day that the incident occurred so the damage can be addressed immediately depending on severity.
50% of rental rate plus security deposit is due 10 days after processing lease agreement. Remaining balance plus boat slip/lift fee (if applicable) is due 1 month before check-in. If booking occurs less than 1 month before check-in date, entire balance is due promptly and to be fulfilled in the form of certified funds to ensure payment is guaranteed before check-in.
Bi-Monthly cleaning service is available upon booking if tenant wishes to opt-in for a scheduled a house cleaner to come during their rental period for $250 per service (optional).
