Roof leaks and has cause some damage to dining area ceiling. gas heater part of central h/a doesn't work.. Inside window trim needs to be finished on upstair bedroom windows. Baseboards missing in most rooms. Hardwood floors need to be refinished or replaced. Kitchen flooring is damaged. Upstair bathroom leaks down into laundry room. Out side trim needs repaired or replaced. Ceilings in most rooms need repair.
