Rent is $1600 per month and includes gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, and internet. A $1,600 deposit is also required for a total of $3,200 due at signing. Credit and background check required. House will continue to be on the market until a lease is signed. I'm available for showing by appointment after 5:00 p.m. weekdays and on weekends.
