Qualifications for Residency: To qualify for residency, you will need a monthly household income of at least three times the rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, and must pass a background check. Any prior evictions or landlord claims may disqualify you. Additionally, residents are required to set up mail services with USPS. Service fees are applicable and subject to change by USPS. We will provide three keys to each apartment and the location of the parcel box for your convenience.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at Mill Run, with breed restrictions. Please call for details. A pet application is required and can be submitted through PetScreening. Applicants will be subject to fees for the pet application through PetScreening.
Pet Deposits and Fees:
For pets under 1 year old: A refundable deposit of $250, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee, totaling $400.
For pets 1 year or older: A refundable deposit of $150, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee, totaling $300.
Our move-in process is simple and straightforward, with an application fee of just $40 per adult and cosigner, a $500 security deposit, and the full first month's rent.
