Looking to rent out my 3 bed one bath basement. The rooms are 11x16, 11x10, and 10x9 with a large living space and bathroom. There is a Utility sink, dishwasher, washing/dryer, and dry kitchens. I'm renting the rooms for $850, $700, and $650 respectively, or $1800 for the full basement. Looking to keep a quiet house without any parties, noisy pets, or fighting. The house is smoke free and keept pretty quiet. The house has a washer/dryer, Dishwasher, Weight set, and fast unlimited internet. I am looking to ideally rent the whole basement to one person or group. I am looking for renters who are quiet, don't have people over frequently, and are clean/courteous. Dogs are ok, but since I work from home I cant have a dog who is loud or has separation anxiety.
