We have all manuals and cottage paperwork. This cottage needs nothing and is move-in ready. The park offers several amenities, including an in-ground pool, playground, a private sandy beach with fire pit, and dockage for rent. 2022 park rent was $2370, which includes water, sewer, mowing, and access to the amenities listed above.
