Hello, I am a 27 year old, male, graduate student who has a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, in which one room is available for rent. I currently occupy one bedroom and the other is completely free and available for rent, with the addition of a shared bathroom and living room and kitchen. The home is located in Highland Village Townhomes in the Lansdowne/Halethorpe area, which is very nice,peaceful and very accessible to downtown, arrundel mills ect. The facility also includes laundry services on property. If you have furniture this is ok, as the entire living area is not occupied. I have no pets, and I would prefer someone without pets, due to my allergies. I am mostly not home, as i will be working in washington DC.
