We have 2 units 4001 B and 4003 A coming up for rent on a cul-de-sac with other units which are part of same ownership. Both units are 3-bedroom 2.5 bath, 1500 sq ft. duplex. Just a few minutes away from: Shepherd Blvd Elementary School, I-70, Women's and Children's Hospital, Home Depot and a whole lot of Eateries and Shopping. Lawn care taken care of by the landlord. Utilities are tenant's responsibility. Showing will be on weekends ** Photos may not be from the unit listed for rent. However, the plan and layout is similar for all units. These are a few of the terms. Detailed terms will be clearly mentioned in the lease agreement. Renter is responsible for all their utilities while they are renting. Dogs need to be a max weight of 25 lbs. and at least 1 yr. old, No Puppies or Attack type dogs. All Cats need to be fixed and declawed. No more than 2 pets allowed. An additional $550/pet deposit will be required along with a signed Pet Agreement, plus an additional $25/pet/ month will be added to the rent. Credit score over 600 is preferred.
