We're moving soon and hoping to find the right person (or couple) to take over our cozy home in West Seattle ideally by December 1, but January 1 works too! Utilities are included in the rent, so you can just move in and start enjoying it right away. About the Home: This is a beautiful three-story space that somehow manages to feel both spacious and snug. Ground floor: Private bedroom + bathroom it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for great sleep. Second floor: Open living/dining area with a modern kitchen featuring brand-new appliances (and quite possibly the best washer/dryer combo ever). There's also a cute balcony where you can sip coffee, garden, and take in Puget Sound views. Third floor: A cozy, light-filled bonus space that feels like a treehouse! We use it as a TV room/office, but it could easily be another bedroom. There's plenty of storage, too. The house has fiber WiFi, central heating as well as wall AC units in every room. Location & Vibe: It's on a quiet, safe street, surrounded by trees and friendly neighbors. You'll be close to Lincoln Park just 5 minutes by car or a 15-minute stroll. The Best Part Our Landlord: She lives right next door and is truly the kindest person we've met since moving to Seattle. She's warm, respectful, and genuinely cares about her tenants she made us feel right at home from day one, and we became friends. That's why we're hoping to find someone equally wonderful to pass this place on to. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming place with great energy and a lovely community vibe this might be your new home! Utilities included. Rent term is negotiable, minimum 12 months.
