Please bring your own toiletries. There is a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation with a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. No aggressive breeds are allowed and there is a weight limit of 50Lb. We reserve the right to decline pets that may not be a good fit for the community. Keep noise levels low during late hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned. Emergency maintenance may require entry to the unit if urgent repairs are needed and we cannot reach you within a specified time. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation and it must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets.
