    The room is on the first floor that's very spacious with a walk in closet, 3 large windows with a great view of the front yard. A door that leads to the shared bathroom, and most notably the largest room in the house! Theres a shared bathroom with a shower/bath. The kitchen is a shared area connected to 1 of 2 of the lounge areas with extremely comfortable couches, the second lounge area is on the 2nd floor. My favorite part is the large yard spacious enough for your furry friend to enjoy. The owners are currently building a small pond in the back yard! First lease agreement is 6 months, then can bump up to year-by-year or stay at 6 months. Utilities is split between roommates and changes monthly, normally around 100-140 depending on season. No smoking cigarettes inside, vaping allowed. No loud music past 11PM. Parking is behind the house. Pets are allowed as long as they get along with other tenant's pets, we can hold a meet and greet to make sure all of them get along before you make any decisions. Every Sunday a deep clean with the whole house, this is non-negotiable, if you are busy that Sunday a compromise on the day we want to hold the clean can be made. We hold some holiday events for friends who can't go home due to family issues and sometimes do holiday themed parties, your friends and family are welcome to both.

    There are four roommates in the house: Maci, Lexi, Dalton, and Jackie. Dalton is in the US Army, Jackie is a Vet Tech, Maci does CNA work, and Lexi is about to be enlisting soon. They all live pretty active lives and are very welcoming.
