For families, there's a high chair, pack and play, kids' cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes. The bedroom offers a memory foam king bed with twin trundle beds underneath, and a Roku-enabled TV for relaxation. The bathroom is spacious with a shower and tub, soft towels, and plenty of space to get ready. A full washer and dryer are available for use during your stay, and charcoal grills are scattered throughout the community for a relaxed cookout. Gulf Terrace Condominiums now offers electric vehicle charging stations located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. All stays with house-trained pets must be disclosed at booking, as a $50 pet fee applies. A maximum of two dogs is allowed, and pets must be crated when unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after them indoors and outdoors, and pets are not allowed on furniture. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals are not. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You'll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances, with the main entrance directly onto Destin's main highway and a side entrance onto a side street with a stoplight, perfect for avoiding traffic when the town gets busy. This is a first-floor unit, so you may hear noise from neighboring units. While efforts are made to provide a peaceful stay, some factors such as community activity and neighboring guests are outside of control. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, with HOA towing fees applying for any violations. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and checkout is 10 AM CST, with any stay past this time resulting in an additional day charge. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions is subject to eviction without refund.
