The living room welcomes you with a cozy and contemporary vibe, featuring a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and two accent chairs. A smart TV with HuluLive is available for your convenience, and guests can log in to their own media accounts. The kitchen area is perfect for dining in, with a full open concept to the living room and a beautiful quartz breakfast bar island. The kitchen is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. For tiny travelers, there is a high chair, pack and play, and plastic dinnerware. The styled bedroom offers a plush king bed with an abundance of pillows and two twin roll-out trundle beds. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo, a spacious vanity area with His and Hers sinks, soft towels, and an LED-lit mirror with Bluetooth capability. The laundry room is located off the patio, with a full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Gulf Terrace Condominiums offers electric vehicle charging stations located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A $50 pet fee applies for house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed on furniture. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals are not. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You'll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances, with the main entrance taking you directly onto Destin's main highway and the side entrance allowing exit onto a side street with a stoplight, perfect for avoiding traffic when the town gets busy. You may occasionally hear noise from neighboring units or common areas, which is outside of our control. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for any violations. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and checkout is 10 AM CST. Any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, or A/C, as these types of outages are beyond our control, but we will do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund. The apartment includes a smart TV and Wi-Fi, allowing for a remote work-friendly environment.
