Situated on the first floor of an 8-unit "aparthotel," this apartment offers easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. This apartment includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic marble flooring, playful galactic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances including a dishwasher. In the lounge area, you'll find a leather couch and two armchairs to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked with a Milky Way breakfast bar providing seating for four. While we love all furry friends, we only allow dogs at this property. 400 South is a newly renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to the ocean for daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from your front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around. Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area, the downtown area is within walking distance. We provide keyless entry with digital door locks. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests.
