For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. This is a smoke-free facility, and smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. The resort does not permit pets, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. Take advantage of the community's shared amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts.
