Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of 2 pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds.
