We have quiet professional people, a nice long front porch to enjoy and watch people walking by and to relax and have a cup of coffee and read your paper or book, parking in back of building, mailboxes located inside of bldg. Shandon is a lovely community with beautiful homes and rentals through out the neighborhood. We have several parks, people are always walking, running, riding bikes, The neighborhood has been rated as one of the best places to live many years in a row. You can walk to have dinner or lunch on Devine or Rosewood. We have grocery stores and drug store closed enough to walk to and we are located near the University of SC. What,s not to love with all the beautiful older home with tree line streets. 1 year lease
