Washer/Dryer are currently provided but will not be replaced if they break down. Some furniture is included with the house, but can be removed if not desired. Shared shed is provided as well. Tours are possible, but must be scheduled since the tenant is still occupying the home. $1100 a month with a 1 year lease. 1 month rent for security deposit. We cover trash/sewage costs, and we provide salt for the water softener. Tenant is responsible for water, electric, gas, and internet. Will consider pets.
