VERY LOW TAXES, There are a few things that I don't want to get overlooked. THIS IS A VERY NICE STREET.. There is a unheated room that could be a 3rd bedroom. There's also an additional room being used as a bar area. The garage has one door but could fit 2 cars. There is a screened in porch off the garage that would make a great summer barbecue area. This porch/patio area is very private. Would be even nicer replacing the screening with windows. The Utilities are in very good condition and has a laundry hook up in basement and kitchen. The roof is newer, there is city water, sewer, and natural gas and most of the construction is block. VERY LOW TAXES. This is a very nice street a couple of blocks away from the college. 10 min walk to NYC buses.
