This includes taking garbage pails in/out in accordance with weekly timelines, respecting noise curfews, and staying in general good standing with neighbors and the community. Owner will pay HOA fees, garbage, landscaping, cable/internet and up to $150 in electricity each month. Renter is responsible for all electricity costs above $150 each month. This is a non-smoking home and any renter found in violation of this policy will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
