A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. 7. Applicant must be a non-smoker. 8. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Pets allowed with $50/month pet fee and $500 additional deposit.
