Stainless steel appliances, propane stove, soft close cabinets and drawers, and a big pantry. Laundry room with washer and dryer included (provided as-is). Home is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump, and there's a propane fireplace in the living room. Tenant is responsible for water, sewer, electricity, garbage, propane, and yard care (weeding & trimming the planter beds around the house). Please be sure you have your own equipment and time to keep the yard looking great, or be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you. One cat or small dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month, and willing to sign a minimum of an 8-month lease to start. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
