The living room has plenty of space for a couch, chairs, a tv, bookcases, etc. The kitchen has a bar where you can place some stools, it also has nice appliances (stove and refrigerator), a pantry, and plenty of cabinet space. The bathroom has a shower and a tub, and all of the necessary amenities. The bedroom has a closet and a large window to let in sunlight. There is an air conditioning window unit in this apartment. This is a quiet area with working adults. Parking lot provided. No large/loud parties. NO PETS. We pay water and sewage. You pay for electric. $575 a month. Owner pays for water and sewer.
