You can take the free red shuttle bus to the F train and the tramway for your commute. We are looking for a roommate to rent the living room. You will be sharing with 2 roommates (2 male, we are all working) for the public kitchen and 1 bathroom with me. You have to sign the new lease with us starting from May 1st,2025. According to the current, each of our portions pays for the rent monthly, and the total monthly rentals are $4050 starting from May 1st, your portion will be around $1150+ utilities/3+ internet $20, and the final fee will be around $1200 per month. Once you have signed the lease, we will talk about the price details together. Don't worry about that. You will have your personal space in the entire living room with a very big window, but due to the apartment policy, it is only allowed to be isolated by a curtain. Please note: the address is MP10, Apt 9P, not the system given MP40, while they are almost in the same area. No smoking is allowed. We will sign a new lease together, if you want to leave, you have to find a new person to continue your lease before you go.
