This beautiful, peaceful home was purchased in 2015 and underwent a complete remodel before our mother moved in in the spring of 2016. The first floor plan was reconfigured to accommodate single floor living. A new bedroom, bathroom & small home office was added to the 2nd floor, the basement was converted into a one bedroom apartment. New windows, insulation, interior finishes, flooring, electricals, plumbing & heating were installed during the remodeling which also included major structural upgrades to the existing house framing. House design was created by a local firm which specializes in gut remodels and high performance energy efficient homes.
