In the 15 years I have lived here, there have been numerous updates to the home in just the last 2 to 4 years. This includes a new kitchen with soft close cabinets, granite countertops, and a butcher block island. New furnace, AC, electric panel, and roof. New exterior doors and many windows. More insulation added to attic. New carpet in main level and new tile in entry. A few years ago the sewer drain line was replaced from house to street and half of the driveway was replaced. No more tree roots!
