First and foremost, you would be getting a bedroom and your own bathroom with a shower and toilet (I have my own bathroom in my master bedroom). This is just outside your room. Other than that, the rest of the home is shared spaced. The shared spaces include driveway parking, living room w/ tv and pool table, kitchen with appliances, downstairs bathroom, patio/yard, washer/dryer, and more. What I'm looking for: 1 renter No pets I have an amazing dog named Shadow. I'm hoping to find a renter that works from home that can help me take care of him while I'm at work. This is why I have this rent payment listed well under market value. If I was able to find someone that was willing to help with house cleaning and maintenance etc. I would be willing to drop the rent payment even further. Month-to-month.
