Water/sewer and trash included, other utilities may be added to monthly rent upon discussion and furniture arrangements (beds) may be customized depending on tenant needs. Very close to beautiful walking paths by the Mystic River and Lake, 0.5 miles from Arlington Center close to public bus lines, red line, and commuter rail.
