Unit 1R is about 260 square feet, and Unit B (basement apartment) is about 300 square feet. Landlord pays for water, sewer, and normal garbage removal. Tenant pays all other utilities. Pet dogs are not allowed. Other pets may be allowed at the landlord's discretion. (Service animals and emotional support animals are allowed.) Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building, including in the individual apartments. First month's rent and last month's rent are due at signing. The rental agreement will be month-to-month.
