    Our rental guests LOVE our ON THE BEACH 2/2 fully renovated condo which has ocean and pool views. It sleeps 6 comfortably...WITHOUT A SLEEPER SOFA. Beds and LR furniture are all comfortable and NO Smoking is allowed. The Laundry room is only 80' from our condo door. There are TWO on-site restaurants and 2 pools.......the huge Oceanside pool and our building's own pool....only 70' from our condo's steps. Our rental income is growing and our Resort is one of the best Family Friendly condo properties on Hilton Head Island.
