This is a great place to call "Home". It is a small (approx 700 sq ft) site-built cottage on 40 magnificent acres with killer mountain and desert views in every direction. The pictures say it all! Lots of mature pine trees surround the cottage, so there's always shade for outdoor activities. The entire 40 acres is fenced and a curved drive leads from the ranch gate to the house, which is nestled in a tree grove. There is a rock wall with metal entry gates surrounding the house and defining large front and back yards. Three attached covered patios make the cottage feel larger than it is. Plus a large sun room facing west provides extra space for relaxing on cold winter days. The night sky is free from light pollution, so the stars are super bright. Plenty of native wildlife including birds, deer, javelina, bobcat, eagles and more. This would make a wonderful seasonal "getaway" cottage situated in a beautiful environment!
