We also offer use of our free wi-fi library, unlimited parking, and on-site maintenance. We offer very flexible lease terms; you can do as short as a 1 month lease, as long as a 15 month lease, or any term in between. The prices are based on your move date and lease term. The rent includes the hot water, as well as use of all of our amenities.
